Résumé
La problématique de la gestion post-accidentelle à long terme d’un accident nucléaire a émergé à la fin des années quatre-vingt dans le contexte de l'accident de Tchernobyl. Les premières recommandations exhaustives de la CIPR sur le sujet ont été publiées en 2009 (publication 111) sur la base de l'expérience des pays de la CEI et de l’Europe de l’Ouest affectés par les conséquences à long terme de l'accident de Tchernobyl. La série de diapositives passe en revue les fondements de la Publication 111 et présente les premières leçons de la phase de réhabilitation de l'accident de Fukushima.
Abstract
The problematic of long-term recovery from large-scale nuclear contamination emerged in the late eighties in the context of the Chernobyl accident. The first comprehensive ICRP recommendations dealing with long-term recovery have been published in 2009 (Publication 111) based on the experience in the CIS and Western countries affected by the long-term consequences of the Chernobyl accident. The lecture slide reviews the background of ICRP Publication 111 and presents the first lessons of the recovery phase of the Fukushima accident.
